The Boss tried to negotiate the Captain's decision.
Boss: Ye know what? Me received news from the People-Up-There asking who will be the next to travel to the Land the Rising Sun?
Boss: In me brain, me already have ye name in me brain. Me was going to propose ye. Ye know what? If me was ye age, me will sure JUMP into this opportunity, man. Me tell ye, me definitely JUMP to this! It's an opportunity, man!
Captain: Why don't ye go now?
Boss: Me can't. Me got a lot of commitment. Me got a lot of duties here. Who will take care of the other cabins?
Captain: Well, ye got a lot of deckmasters around.
Boss: No, that's not possible for me, anymore. Unlike ye, ye are still young and no children, yet!
