It was that fated day, a finale. When the Captain jumped from the ol' plank where he scrubbed his finger nails off, he never took a glimpse back.
"Fare thee well, blue ship! This is the day where ye will all remember..." He shouted and splashed into the open sea.
Since then several months has gone. The Captain embarked on a new ship, full of new team mates, full of new adventures and glittering gold waiting ahead.

Running Man
The author would like to point out a typo error in the poster. Apologies for the poster date, it should have been "13.02.2015". And at that moment, a new ship appeared.

the Boss is Moody: Part V
|Still drizzling, a long winded one.|
This is part of the conversation between the Captain and the Boss, part V.
Boss: Tell me it is about the gold? Ye can frankly tell me.
Boss: If it is about the gold, then me surrender! Me can't do anything about it.
|Well, who doesn't want to earn gold at this century?|

the Boss is Moody: Part IV
|Still, still and still drizzling.|
This is part of the conversation between the Captain and the Boss, part IV.
Boss: Ye know what? Ye doesn't need to quit, ye can be a part-time preacher.
Captain's eye twitched: Say what? Me thought the policy of the ship is not to have part-time jobs?
Boss: Yes, but if ye don't tell, nobody knows.
|Dead men tell no tales. Aye? Splendid idea, but why do I need to work so hard to that point?|

the Boss is Moody: Part III
|Still, and still drizzling.|
This is part of the conversation between the Captain and the Boss, part III.
Boss: If ye stay here, ye still can be a professional preacher. Ye know what? If me go to any other preacher school now, me will surely be given a professional preacher. But me get the ship pays.
Boss: Ye can also do the same, stay here for awhile, let me help ye. Ye will also get a lot of opportunity and we can station ye to many other islands ye ever dream of. But ye get the ship pays.
Boss: The People-Up-There in the Land of Rising Sun also did that to one of their deckmaster and they station him to any island he ever wanted. Then, let him learn whatever he wanted. But of course, he was experience and been around quite some time.
The word "quite-some-time" is very fishy.
Boss: We could do the same for ye. It has been done before. Of course, ye got to give us time to arrange for that.
The second catchy word "time".
Boss: Please reconsider for all these opportunity. Ye could get the same thing 'ere.
The third fishy and catchy word "same thing 'ere".
|"Time" and "same-thing-here" do not really apply for the time being. It literally means you got to spend another say 20-30 years around the ship to get all those. Savvy?|

the Boss is Moody: Part II
|Lightning and rain|
This is part of the conversation between the Captain and the Boss, part II.
Boss: What are ye goin' to do?
Captain: Me wants to be ultimately, a professional preacher. (Vain smile)
Boss: What? Ye want to climb the stair of a preacher? Do ye know if ye stay, ye can make it to Deckmaster Level 2 faster than climbing the stair of a preacher! Here ye can really climb fast!
Captain's eyebrow twitched. No, not fascinating but just interesting that the Captain's rank has not even reached a low level deckmaster rank as of this state. Yet, the Boss said it was far easier to reach if the Captain stayed.
Here's a rank for comparison:
the Ship | the new Ship
Sailor 3 | Preacher
Sailor 2 | Senior Preacher
Sailor 1 | Associate Preacher
Deckmaster 5 | Professional Preacher
Deckmaster 4 | -
Deckmaster 3 | -
Deckmaster 2 | -
Deckmaster 1 | -
|The Captain was going to reach his seventh term this year in this ship and yet, he was only a low level Sailor 2. Some people he known already at Deckmaster 5 in the seventh term. How long should he stay to get to Deckmaster 2? Not to even mention about golds.|

the Boss is Moody: Part I
|Still drizzling.|
This is part of the conversation between the Captain and the Boss, part I.
The Boss tried to negotiate the Captain's decision.
Boss: Ye know what? Me received news from the People-Up-There asking who will be the next to travel to the Land the Rising Sun?
Boss: In me brain, me already have ye name in me brain. Me was going to propose ye. Ye know what? If me was ye age, me will sure JUMP into this opportunity, man. Me tell ye, me definitely JUMP to this! It's an opportunity, man!
Captain: Why don't ye go now?
Boss: Me can't. Me got a lot of commitment. Me got a lot of duties here. Who will take care of the other cabins?
Captain: Well, ye got a lot of deckmasters around.
Boss: No, that's not possible for me, anymore. Unlike ye, ye are still young and no children, yet!
|Right, definitely I am going to JUMP but not JUMPING right into that.|
